Restoration

Beside building and maintaining organs the restoration of the instruments is also a strong side of Frobenius. We have the tradition, we have done hundreds of major and minor restoration works in the past one hundred years. From the small replacements upto the re-voicing procedure it's a pleasure for us to keep the old instruments in a good condition for the future generations. We use methods and techniques which are approved by many institutions who are responsible for the authentic restoration work related to church organs e.g. Danish National Museum. For better and more accurate response we use the blueprints we have from our archive. Even if the instrument was built by one of our contracted partners we usually have all the drawings and construction drafts for further work or planning.
